Thistlewood began as a
Vision Overseas
When I planned my own wedding in Scotland, I didn’t want to hand the experience over to someone else. I wanted to understand every moving part: the vendors, the timelines, the quiet mechanics that turn months of planning into one seamless day.
It wasn’t just about creating something beautiful.
It was about building something that worked.
Somewhere along the journey, I realized I’m drawn to what happens beneath the surface: the structure, the pacing, the transitions that most people never see but absolutely feel.
I don’t need to design every detail in order to care deeply about how a wedding unfolds. What calls to me is the moment when anticipation becomes reality. When the day arrives. When all the decisions, deposits, and Pinterest boards come to life.

That’s where I belong.
I’m the calm beneath the storm, and I notice what others tend to miss. I see the gaps before they widen. My role isn’t to take over your vision — it’s to protect it.
To step in before your wedding day begins and quietly hold it all together, so you can focus on the moment. If I’ve done my job well, you will feel the ease of the day, and you'll remember feeling blessed, rather than stressed.
You’ll feel the ease.
The flow.
The sense that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
And at the end of the night, when you realize you were fully present — that’s the moment that makes it all worth it.
That’s Thistlewood.
